Are these invoice templates free?

Three designs (Atelier, Meridian and Ledger) and every industry sample are free to use, with no sign-up and no watermark. The other 45 designs come with Pro; you can preview any of them in the generator before you upgrade.

How do I use a template?

Choose a design or an industry sample and it opens in the invoice generator. Replace the sample details with yours and download your PDF.

Can I download a template as Word or Excel?

Yes. Download the free Word invoice template or the Excel invoice template, which works out totals with formulas. Both also open in Google Docs and Google Sheets. Or fill one in with the online generator, which does the maths and downloads it as PDF, Word or Excel.

Can I add my logo and brand colour?

Which template should I choose?

Of the free designs, Atelier suits creative and professional services, Meridian puts the amount due front and centre, and Ledger's boxed layout is familiar in the trades. In Pro, filter by Luxury for foil and ivory stock, Minimal for quiet single-column layouts, or Bold for colour blocks and big numerals.
