What to include on a massage therapy invoice
Session length and type
State the length of each session and the type of massage, such as Swedish, deep tissue or prenatal. Price usually follows the minutes, so make them easy to see.
License number
Many states require massage therapists to be licensed, and some clients ask to see the number. It also helps clients who submit the invoice for reimbursement.
Dated visit record
