Is the Free plan really free forever?
Yes. The invoice, estimate and receipt generators are free with no limits and no watermark. There's no trial clock on Free.
What do I get with the templates?
Free includes 3 designs. Pro unlocks all 48, from champagne foil and ivory stock to Swiss grids and editorial layouts, for invoices, quotes, receipts, purchase orders and credit notes. Browse them on the templates page.
What is the custom document generator?
A Pro tool for any document the standard generators don't cover, such as a delivery note, packing slip, work order or commercial invoice. Name it, rename every label, add your own fields, choose the table columns and hide anything you don't want on the PDF. You can build and preview for free.
How does signature upload work?
Sign on plain white paper, take a photo and upload it. Remit removes the paper in your browser, leaving a transparent signature you can recolour, resize and drag anywhere on the document. Your image never leaves your device.
Are there limits on invoices or clients?
No. Every plan includes unlimited invoices, and Pro and Business include unlimited clients. You pay for capabilities, never for volume.
What happens when my Pro trial ends?
You choose a plan. If you don't, your account moves to Free and everything you've created stays in place. We don't ask for a card to start a trial.
Can I change or cancel my plan at any time?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel from your account settings. Changes take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Are there fees for online payments?
Card and bank payments carry standard processing fees, shown in your account before you turn a payment method on. Remit doesn't add a markup to your subscription for payments.
Do you offer a discount for yearly billing?
Yes. Pay yearly and you get two months free on Pro and Business.
