What to include on a graphic design invoice

State how many concepts and rounds of changes were included. When extra rounds happen, they have a clear place to go.
File formats delivered
List vector, raster and print-ready files so the client knows what they received and what to ask for later.
Ownership and usage
Say when copyright or a license transfers and what it covers. Many designers tie the transfer to final payment.
Print and production costs
If you managed printing or bought fonts or stock imagery, show those costs apart from your design fee.
