Step 1: Add your details and your client
Open the invoice generator and enter your business, your client and an invoice number. Choose payment terms and the due date fills itself in. Upload your logo once and it sits at the top of the page.
Step 2: List the work
Add each product or service with a quantity and a rate. Tax, discounts, shipping and deposits are totalled as you type, so the balance due is right before you look for it.
Step 3: Download it or send it
Pick a design and an accent colour, then download a PDF and send it however you like. With Pro, send it by email or link instead. You see when it is opened, the client can pay online, and reminders follow up if it runs late.
