Documents made with the free generators

Invoices, estimates and receipts created in the free generators are built and saved in your browser's local storage on your device. They are not uploaded to our servers. Clearing your browser data removes them.

When you download a PDF, the file is produced by your browser's print function on your device.

Information you give us

If you create an account, we collect your name, email address and password, and the business, client and document details you choose to store with us. If you subscribe, our payment processor collects your billing details; we do not store full card numbers.

If you contact us, we keep the content of your message and our reply so we can help you.

Information collected automatically

We collect basic technical information such as browser type, device, pages visited and approximate location derived from your IP address. We use this to keep the service secure, understand usage in aggregate and improve the product.

How we use information

We use information to provide and improve our services, process payments, send the invoices and reminders you ask us to send, respond to requests, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use the contents of your invoices for advertising.
