What can I make with the custom document generator?

Any business document the standard generators do not cover, such as a delivery note, packing slip, work order, timesheet or commercial invoice. You name it, set the labels and choose what appears on the page.

Is the custom document generator free?

Building and previewing a document is free and needs no sign-up. Downloading the PDF is part of Pro, which costs $11 a month or $110 a year and starts with a 14-day free trial with no card required.

Which documents can I make on the free plan?

The free plan includes the invoice, estimate, quote and receipt generators and the letter makers. Purchase orders, proforma invoices, credit notes and custom documents download with Pro. Browse them all on the documents page.

Can I leave prices off a document?

Yes. Turn the price and amount columns off and hide the totals and tax section, and the PDF shows only descriptions and quantities. This suits delivery notes, packing slips and goods received notes.

How do signatures work?

Add signature lines such as Delivered by, Received by or Approved by. You can also upload a photo of your signature, and its background is removed automatically so it sits cleanly on the page.

Where are my documents saved?
