Using the free generators

You may use the invoice, estimate and receipt generators free of charge for personal and commercial purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy of the documents you create, including tax rates, amounts and any legal wording required in your jurisdiction.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when you create an account and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

Paid plans

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly. Trials convert only if you choose a plan. You can cancel at any time and your plan remains active until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Online payments are processed by our payment partners and are subject to their terms and fees, which are shown before you enable them.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service to create fraudulent or misleading documents, send spam, infringe others' rights, or interfere with the service's security or operation.

Your content

You own the content you create. You grant us the limited permission needed to host, process and deliver it on your behalf.

Disclaimers and liability

Remit Invoice is provided "as is". We don't provide tax, legal or accounting advice. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are material, we'll notify account holders before they take effect.
