Milestones or sprints
Bill against the milestones in your proposal and name what shipped. It turns a large project into a series of clear approvals.
Hourly work with a short log
For change requests and bug fixes, summarize the tasks and hours. Clients trust numbers they can trace.
Third-party costs
Domains, plugins, premium themes and API fees should appear separately, with a note on who owns each account.
Recurring services
