What to include on a moving invoice
Origin and destination addresses
List both addresses, the move date and the arrival window. They anchor every other charge on the page.
Crew size and hours
Show the number of movers, start and finish times and any minimum. Hourly moves should make the time easy to verify.
Materials and specialty items
Itemize boxes, wrap and mattress bags, plus surcharges for pianos, safes or long carries.
Valuation coverage
State the level of liability coverage the customer selected. It matters the moment anything is damaged.
