Junk Removal Invoice Template
Junk removal is priced by how much truck space a job fills, with extra for items that cost more to dispose of. Volume, surcharges and labor like demolition sit on separate lines here. Customers can settle up before the truck leaves, with nothing left to explain.

What to include on a junk removal invoice
Truck volume
Show the load as a fraction of the truck, such as a quarter, half or full load, or in cubic yards. The customer can match it to the price you quoted.
Item surcharges
Mattresses, appliances with refrigerant, tires and electronics often cost more to dispose of. Give each its own line with a short reason.
Labor beyond loading
Demolition, disassembly and long carries from a basement add time. List that work apart from the haul so the volume price is easy to read.
Donation and recycling notes
Say what was donated or recycled rather than sent to the landfill. Customers appreciate it, and some want a donation receipt for their records.

Billing tips for junk haulers.
Confirm the load size on site
Show the customer how much of the truck their items fill before you start, and confirm the price once it's loaded. It avoids a debate at the end of the job.
Bill heavy material by weight
Concrete, dirt and shingles are often weighed and charged at the transfer station. Pass the fee through by weight, with the scale ticket attached.
Phase large cleanouts
Whole-house and estate cleanouts can run over several days. Invoice by the truckload as you go, or take a deposit and settle the balance at the end.
