Content Creator Invoice Template
Brand deals pay for more than a post: the content, the dates it ran, how the brand may reuse it and who you've agreed not to work with. Each deliverable is listed by platform here, with usage rights and exclusivity priced on their own lines. Brand managers can match it to the brief and approve it quickly.

Posts go live. Invoices go out. Rights stay clear.
What to include on a content creator invoice
Deliverables by platform
List each post, video or story set with its platform and format. Brands check the invoice against the brief, line by line.
Posting dates and live links
Add the date each piece went live and a link to it. Brand managers often need proof of posting before they can approve payment.
Usage rights and whitelisting
If the brand can reuse your content in ads or run ads from your handle, state the scope and the window. Usage is priced separately from creation.
Exclusivity
Note any period when you've agreed not to work with competitors. Exclusivity costs you other deals, so it deserves its own line.

Billing tips for content creators.
Price usage separately
Your fee to create and post is one number, and the brand's right to use the content in ads is another. Separating them makes renewals and extensions easy to bill.
Ask about payment terms before you sign
Brands and agencies often pay on net 30 or longer, and some need you set up as a vendor first. Find out early, and send a W-9 with your first invoice if they ask for one.
Invoice whoever booked you
If a talent or ad agency contracted you, the invoice usually goes to them, with their campaign or PO number. Ask who pays before you post.
