What to include on a window cleaning invoice
Pane or window count
Window cleaning is often priced per pane or per window, so state the count. Divided-light and French windows take longer, and the count explains why.
Inside, outside or both
Make it clear which sides were cleaned. Customers tend to assume both unless the invoice says otherwise.
Height and access
Note ladder work, upper stories, lifts or rope access. Higher windows carry more risk and equipment, and the invoice should show where that cost comes from.
Screens, tracks and stain removal
Screen washing, sill and track detailing and hard water treatment are separate tasks. List them apart from the glass so the base price stays clear.

Notes. From December through February we'll switch your route to monthly visits, then return to every two weeks in March.
Terms. Payment is due within 15 days. Visits missed because of rain or freezing temperatures are rescheduled rather than billed, and overdue balances may incur a 1.5% monthly late fee.

Test before quoting hard water stains
Mineral spotting may not come off with normal cleaning, and restoration takes extra time and product. Test a small area, then quote it as its own line.
