What to include on a pressure washing invoice
Surfaces and square footage
Name each surface you cleaned, such as siding, concrete, pavers or a deck, with its approximate area. Much of this work is priced by the square foot, so the numbers should be there to check.
Soft wash or pressure wash
Say which method you used on each surface. It explains the price, and it shows you chose the gentler method where siding, roofs or screens needed it.
Stain treatments
Rust, oil, gum and gutter streaks take different products and more time. Give each treatment its own line instead of folding it into the base price.
Pre-existing conditions
Record any damage you spotted before starting, like loose paint, failing window seals or cracked concrete. A note on the invoice backs up the walkthrough.

Set a minimum job charge
Travel, setup and cleanup take about the same time whether you wash a porch or a whole house. A minimum keeps small jobs worth the trip.
Sell surfaces as packages
A house wash with the driveway and walkways at one price is easier to say yes to than three separate quotes. Show the package discount so the saving is visible.
Put commercial work on a schedule
Storefronts, drive-thrus and dumpster pads often need cleaning every month or quarter. Agree on a per-visit price and invoice after each visit or once a month.
